ABOUT US:

Kent and Vanessa, are co-owners of KV Brownstone Restoration Inc.  Kent, born and raised in Trinidad, pick up a trowel for the first time at eight years of age while assisting his mom with renovation of their home.  He tried his hand at other trades, but masonry became is passion.  After being a masonry apprentice in Trinidad for ten years, he continued his practice in the United State for 30+ years -- training and subcontracting under Hawk Construction, Park Slope Brownstone, Marlyn Construction Corp., and Iron Metal Craft seasoned tradesmen like Jean Moffat.

Vanessa, born and raised in New York City, met and married Kent.  She later became an admirer of the beautiful brownstone work he had done in Park Slope, Brooklyn and, encouraged and teamed up with Kent to start their business, KV Brownstone Restoration Inc. in 2014.

Together they have made KV Brownstone Restoration Inc. one of the leading brownstone restoration specialist.  Their company also specializes in brick work, concrete work, cornice restoration, stucco and paint .  KV Brownstone Restoration Inc is licensed, insured and bonded in the State of New York.  They provide expedited and quality service without shortcuts at reasonable rates.
